Would you know what to do if a family member or friend suffered a sudden cardiac arrest? Come along to St Nioclais Naofa National School Dunlavin on Saturday 2nd October 7pm to find out. This is an essential free training course open to the community for all to attend. You will need to register your attendance by calling 085 7694365.

The Blood Bank will be visiting Dunlavin in the Imaal Hall on Thursday 14th October. You can donate as long as 90 days have elapsed since you last gave blood. Giving blood saves lives.
